B. Websites must be hosted with HillSiteDesigns.com Hosting or affiliate.
C. Site maintenance prize is the HillSiteDesigns.com basic package unless upgrade is purchased by winner.
D. Winning websites must maintain all text and banner links to HillSiteDesigns.com and Tsukubai.com. for the length of hosting package.
E. Domain name not included. If you already own your own domain, it must be transferrable to HillSiteDesigns.com Hosting or affiliate. If you need a domain it can be purchased at a substantial discount from HillSiteDesigns.com Hosting.
HillSiteDesigns.com and Tsukubai.com do not advocate or encourage, and will under no circumstances, (regardless of the outcome of any contest) create, build, design, maintain or assist in the creation, construction, design, or maintenance of any website or webpage that advocates or encourages in any way, the commission of unlawful acts, pornography, violence, hate, theft, warez, copyright or patent infringement or any other activity that is considered questionable to the administrators of HillSiteDesigns.com and Tsukubai.com.
